Personalised 12-week track

Weekly 60-minute sessions covering readiness, strengths mapping and goal-setting.

Job-search workshops

5-day thematic cycle

Small-group CV writing, disclosure strategies, networking and mock interviews (runs 6× per year).

Employer introduction & work-site adjustment

Trial placement + coaching

Job developer sets up trials and provides on-site coaching & ergonomics for 3-6 months.

74 % one-year retention (2023)

Retention follow-up

1-, 3-, 6-, 12-month check-ins

Phone or in-person follow-ups; crisis mediation available.
